Our Services
Mold Tooling Stage
Before everything starts, we will communicate with the client and make a preliminary feasibility assessment. If the client is okay with moving forward, once NDA is signed, files relevant to the project shall give to us. Afterward, a DMF report about the project cost, lead time, potential risk, and adjustment suggestions based on the received drawings will be submitted to the client.
Straight forward, no hidding back
Before we start mold making, we will assure clients know every potential risk point, from tooling to coating. Even that makes some of them walk away.
Post Treatment Stage
After die-casting the parts, there are a lot of processes to do to meet the pre-coating standard; every process link is in-house to get better quality control of the results.
Action speaks much louder
We started as a small die-diecasting workshop in 2006, and little by little, we have our self-owned CNC workshop, De-burr workshop, polishing workshop, and paint job automation line.
All because we want better quality control for every incoming project.
Final Stage
At this stage, we put the logo and marks on the coated surface of parts, and assembly part sets, and we do the piece-by-piece final check on the FAQ line.
Short lead-time, but no sloppy
A 100% annual acceptance pass rate is our ultimate goal. We won clients by short lead time, but we earned clients’ loyalty through reliable quality
Why YuGe
As a die-cast parts company, we choose a more difficult path: stay in Shenzhen, which cost more on land and human resource cost; focus on high precision& high cosmetid demand 3C parts projects (computer, communication, and consumer electronics)
The other side of the coin is: we have much more skillful workers, get more efficient and better control of quality; close to up/downstream factory (some are our clients too) means your projects can be done in Shenzhen Speed— which is very important nowadays.
